The idea is that you primarily practice on each other and get comfortable with doing it correctly so you can then continue to massage at home. It is both pleasant and useful to practice massage because it starts a lot of good processes in the body.
For example, it produces endorphin which relieves pain, and the feel-good hormone oxytocin which enhances feelings of happiness. Massage is also lowering blood pressure and works positively on many of our internal organs. It helps reduce cellulite because massage and increased blood circulation helps the fat to be divided and dissolved.

First Aid
We offer First Aid training. After this course, you’ll have the skills and the knowledge of how to provide safe and successful first aid. The training you may need in your everyday life.
Certificate of education is issued.
CPR
In addition to the secure feeling of having a skilled certified provider of CPR on board, we can also give you training in CPR. Unfortunately, only a few are aware of and can intervene when someone close is in need of vital help. We, therefore, practice CPR for both adults and children. Airway stops are also included.
For those who want educational materials at a cost price,
we also deliver an inflatable exercise doll and other materials
in a practical portable kit.
Certificate of education is issued.

to act during relevant scenarios such as drowning accident, electric shock, respiratory arrest, heart attack.
Of course, everyone wishes to never have to intervene when someone is affected. But having the required knowledge to act can save lives.
